CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
KUMAR JEWELS believe in assisting our customers with top notch services and therefore runs a liberal cancellation policy. We strive to be as quick as we can at shipping by processing your order the very day you place it, due to which cancellations become a problem in order to serve you with a speedy service.
However, if unfortunately you have to cancel an order, we request you to do so within 12 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Our officials will keep you posted with the status of your cancellation request via email or/and sms.
Cash On Delivery orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. You can check status of your order under Track Order Status. Please note that if you cancel your order after its been shipped, then you are entitled for replacement, only in cases where there are any damage or missing stones found with the product.
The Refund might take 5-15 working days within India & 7-20 working days in case of International Orders to reach back to your account as we process it.
Kumar Jewels reserves the sole right to accept or deny refunds and will act reasonable in the general interest of the consumer. Purchases are only retractable in exceptional circumstances as following:
Although we produce highly durable products and make them reach you in a very safe packaging but still due to some uncertainties, there can be chances of some damage once in a blue moon during in-transit of your order.
In such case of damage, kindly report us the problem within 24 hours after receiving your order. After processing your concern, our team will revert you with how can you send back the damaged product.
If we are available with the another piece in same design and colour then we will ship it to you. If not, you will be given an option to either choose something else within the same price range or we can send you a shopping coupon of that price for your future shopping.
REFUND POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS:
Since we do not operate a reverse pickup facility yet for overseas orders, any returns are to be taken care by the customer only. You can courier it to our address (see contact us section).
Aside this, please note that the cost of sending out the courier back will be carried out by the customer itself. In return to which we would provide you some discount coupon for your future shopping.
Also, the cost of sending you the exchanged product back again will be taken care by KUMAR JEWELS only and this applies if the product arrives damaged. (read details under the aforementioned damage section)
